The 10-week Internship Program allows you to partner with our team of accomplished insurance professionals who mentor you in every level of learning and decision-making. The 2024 Internship Program starts on Monday, June 3rd and runs through Friday, August 9th, 2024.
The program is geared to students in their junior year of college, but others are invited to apply. Over the past few years, between 25%-30% of interns that successfully completed the program have been presented with an offer of employment with Conner Strong & Buckelew after college graduation.

What should you expect as an intern?
The program features five main components:
Orientation: Meet fellow interns and departmental leaders. You will learn how to make the most of your experience.
Leadership: Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and regular conversations with our executive leadership team.
Training: Learn the art of professional networking, refine communications skills through structured and informal interactions, and participate in the same technical industry trainings offered to our employees.
Events: Experience the reward of giving back during Community Day and get to know team members and interns during an unforgettable scavenger hunt in Philadelphia.
Project Challenge: Build and present a project to your team based on your research of interviews and industry trends.
